If you open the Microsoft Community homepage, the information for "new" Edge is "right there" on the web page. As a side bar: I installed this version of Edge into "regular" Windows 10 Pro a while ago - it is a nice browser, in my opinion.

I don't think you can "get the app" - Zoom is not an application not at this writing, at least. And, you are correct - Windows in "S" mode is limited - you can only install software from the Store. Click " Accept as Solution" to help others find it. I decided to opt out of the s mode. I have installed Chrome and the apps I need and I'm happy with what I have now.
